AG Learning Solutions was started by SAP practitioners who kept meeting freshly 'trained' candidates who had never touched a live system. We built the institute we wished those candidates had found.
Started in Pune, taught by people still on projects
What began as weekend mentoring for a handful of local graduates became a full training practice with online batches across India.
Our trainers were consultants first. Between them they have delivered greenfield rollouts, migrations and support engagements across manufacturing, pharmaceutical, automotive and services clients — and they still do. That is deliberate: teaching drifts from reality the moment you stop implementing.
Because of that, our classes look less like lectures and more like design workshops. We open a client, we configure, we let it fail, and we discuss what a real business would have done differently. Learners keep the documentation they produce and use it as their portfolio.
Our secondary practice is corporate: helping finance, procurement and supply chain teams get productive on S/4 HANA during migrations, with role-based paths and adoption reporting for L&D leaders.
